Your finish, size and the price you see are sent with the message — the first reply is about your actual bathroom, not a brochure. Final quotation is fixed and itemised after a free site measurement.

What happens on site: We measure access and check the existing drainage and floor. The shower area is prepared for level access; we waterproof and flood-test it, then fit anti-slip tiles, the shower seat and properly anchored grab rails. The comfort-height WC, lever taps and lighting are installed to the agreed layout. Drain relocation and structural door widening are separate.

      Questions about The Easy Access

      Is AED 21,500 the final price?

      It is an example estimate for the specification under What's included at the size selected on this page. We measure your space and confirm materials, scope and any extras in a written, itemised quotation. That agreed quotation is fixed before work begins.

      How do payments work?

      Three stages: 30% to book (AED 6,450 at the size shown), 50% when your bathroom is in production, and 20% on handover once you are happy. Everything is properly invoiced with 5% VAT shown separately.

      Who actually does the work?

      NAK Interior's own renovation teams — we have been renovating bathrooms across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for over seven years, with our own Ajman factory making any vanity and cabinet work. 2-year warranty.

      What if my bathroom is bigger or smaller than average?

      The price shown covers a typical apartment bathroom renovated to the specification listed. If yours is unusually large, or you are doing several (set the counter above), the engineer confirms the exact figure in the fixed written quotation after the free site visit — before you commit to anything.

      Can I have a different colour or finish than the three shown?

      Yes. The three finishes shown are the most popular, but the factory works with a full range of laminates, veneers and painted finishes — tell us on WhatsApp what you have in mind and we will price it in your quotation.
