Your finish, size and the price you see are sent with the message — the first reply is about your actual bathroom, not a brochure. Final quotation is fixed and itemised after a free site measurement.
What happens on site: We strip out and dispose of the old bathroom. After checking the substrate, we waterproof and flood-test the wet areas, then lay natural marble. We fit the sanitaryware, vanity, shower and lighting specified under “What’s included”, reconnect existing service points and complete sealing and a handover check. Moving the drain or walls is quoted separately.
