Your finish, size and the price you see are sent with the message — the first reply is about your actual kitchen, not a brochure. Final quotation is fixed and itemised after a free site measurement.

What happens on site: We check the available water, drainage and power points, then size the outdoor units around your BBQ and sink. Weatherproof cabinets and the selected granite or porcelain top are made and installed. The listed scope includes the outdoor sink and tap; gas connection and extra service runs are priced separately.

In this example price: Weatherproof marine-grade cabinet construction; Granite or porcelain worktop built for heat and sun; Stainless doors and drawers with outdoor-rated hinges. Quoted separately: BBQ grill and appliances (we fit yours, or supply at cost); Gas connection (by licensed gas contractor, at cost). See the full lists below for the complete scope.

      Questions about The Barbecue

      Is AED 28,500 the final price?

      It is an example estimate for the specification under What's included at the size selected on this page. We measure your space and confirm materials, scope and any extras in a written, itemised quotation. That agreed quotation is fixed before work begins.

      How do payments work?

      Three stages: 30% to book (AED 8,550 at the size shown), 50% when your kitchen is in production, and 20% on handover once you are happy. Everything is properly invoiced with 5% VAT shown separately.

      Who actually makes and installs it?

      NAK Interior — our own joinery factory in Ajman builds the cabinet work and our own teams install it across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. No middlemen, and a 2-year warranty on the work.

      Will this fit my space?

      This design is priced from any size within its range using the counter above. L-shape, U-shape or an awkward corner? Send a photo and rough sizes on WhatsApp — we reply with the closest fit and its price before anyone visits.

      Can I have a different colour or finish than the three shown?

      Yes. The three finishes shown are the most popular, but the factory works with a full range of laminates, veneers and painted finishes — tell us on WhatsApp what you have in mind and we will price it in your quotation.
