Your finish, size and the price you see are sent with the message — the first reply is about your actual bathroom, not a brochure. Final quotation is fixed and itemised after a free site measurement.
What happens on site: We strip out and dispose of the old bathroom. After checking the substrate, we waterproof and flood-test the wet areas, then lay the listed wall and floor tiles. We fit the sanitaryware, vanity, shower and lighting specified under “What’s included”, reconnect existing service points and complete sealing and a handover check. Moving the drain or walls is quoted separately.
